Majora's Mask How Come Goron Link Can't Use Bombs?

You'd think since the bombs are the "goron special crop" it should be usable by Link as a goron, but he can't use it, weird.

Incidentally, Goron Link can carry powder kegs, but that's besides the point.

Where will Goro goro Link put all those bombs? Where does he put anything?

Because it's easier to not let him use them so he has to rely on powder kegs for variety's sake, I guess. Adds something to gameplay!
