Hopes for Echoes of Wisdom?

Gameplay-wise, I can't say I have any hopes other than that it'll be as fun as it looks. Story-wise? I wanna see the Minish get a mention. Think about it. We have River and Ocean Zoras, Gorons, Gerudo, and even Deku Scrubs! Why not the Minish? I can always hope, and then swallow the bitter disappointment later.

Being able to explore Hyrule whilst at the size of a mouse was an experience that I'd love to see revisited in another game someday.


I really should finish my current playthrough of Minish Cap, I think I was in the middle of one when I got distracted.

My expectations are really high now. It appears to be an experiment of old and new Zelda which reminds me of how A Link Between Worlds twisted the formula in a cool way. Specifically I'm hoping for at least 9 dungeons.

I hope there's a few Echoes that follow you around and attack. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a Chain Chomp echo, like Bow Wow from Link's Awakening?

My hope isn't necessarily for the game but for myself. I'm an "older" lady and as I love playing with games it takes me a long time to figure stuff out. So I enjoy the game with the use of a walk through, which I hope to find. Sometimes it takes me numerous times to do easy things because of hand tremors and old lady stuff. There is a good side to being old though in that I have a lot of time to play on those sleepless nights.

After finishing the game, my hope is that Zelda as the protagonist is a one and done gimmick. It never should’ve been a thing in the first place, and a good portion of this games flaws directly stem from the fact that they force me to play as her instead of Link.

That's one way to look at it. As for me, I find it nice to not have to play as Link for once. Lol
