Ocarina of Time Heart Piece Help

Ok, guys, I have 19 hearts and 3 heart pieces. I SIMPLY CANNOT FIND THE LAST ONE!!! i've looked on zd's heart piece guide, EVERYTHING! can someone help?

There must be one you have seen on the ZD guide that you think youve got but havnt. Try to remember getting each induvidual heart on the guide.

Well 1. This belongs on Zelda Game Help, not Ocarina of Time. And 2. Look at the heart piece guide, and go to each location until you get it.
