Green Day or The Smashing Pumpkins

I think that Green Day is pretty good but The Smashing Pumpkins are still a pretty good band to. I have heard more songs by Green Day that I actually liked though, so that could have changed things a bit. The Smashing Pumpkins have made more songs with better ratings, but I've only heard like ten of there best songs. So I have to say I like Green Day better.

Well, I've never heard of The Smashing Pumpkins and I only listened to maybe two to three songs of Green Day.

I really like both (I own Smashing Pumpkins:Greatest Hits and International Superhits, by Green Day) And in my opinion they both are pretty good.

I don't think these bands are comparable. They are not similar at all. I don't care for Smashing Pumpkins myself, but they are just a different style as Green Day all together.

what?! how can u not like the pumpkins!!!!???! that was like my favorite band in 8th grade!!!!

You can't really compare Green Day and Smashing Pumpkins because they have different styles, but I prefer Smashing Pumpkins.
