Two songs come to mind that are my absolute favourites. The Song of Healing from MM is the first. It's just so soothing and relaxing. A beautifull song indeed. Plus you have good associations with this song, think of all the people you have helped in the game with this song.
Second must be the Gerudo Song from OoT. Catchiest... Tune... EVER!

But beside these two a lot more come to mind that were great. The Serenade of Water (OoT), Dark World Theme (ALttP), Dragon Roost Island Theme (WW), Astral Observatory (MM), the list is endless.
When I was younger I would find the OoT version of Zora's Domain and play the 10 hour version on Youtube while I was studying in my room.

1. MM - Clock Tower
2. MM - Astronomical Observatory
3. SSB Melee - Hyrule Temple Stage (This is just a mix of the Zelda 2 dungeon theme for those who don't know)
4. Ocarina - Temple Of Time
5. WW GC - The Great Ocean
6. Zelda 3 - Light World Forest
7. Zelda 3 - Opening Demo/Falling of the Rain
8. TP - Illa's Theme
9. Zelda 3 - Kakariko Village
10. Zelda 3 - Dark World (not Dark World Death Mountain and not Dark World Forest)
11. SS - Sealed Temple
12. Ocarina - Gerudo Valley
13. Ocarina - Lost Woods
14. MM - Fukurowa (I've not played MM in ages and I've forgotten where this is but it's on the OST and I like it a lot.)

I chose 14 cause that's how many I could narrow it down to. I could not narrow it down to 10 without cutting some favourites. Too much good Loz music out there.
It doesn't matter if you do a top 10 or a top 50 or anything in between. It's all good.
