We all know Nintendo loves to throw in references to their other franchises in Zelda games, like the Mario Paintings in Hyrule castle.
What's your favorite cameo, or the one you were most excited about finding on your own?
My favorite is the fact that there's Starfox Cameos in both 64 Zelda games.
-1 in OOT: There's a fully scripted Arwing enemy in the games code.
-2 in MM: The position of 5 Masks on the mask select screen, being a reference to the Starfox team and their enemy.

Fox McCloud: Keaton Mask (Fox)
Falco Lombardi: Bremen Mask (Bird)
Peppy Hare: Bunny Hood (Rabbit)
Slippy Toad: Don Gero's Mask (Frog)
Pigma Dengar: Mask of Scents (Pig)
Also in Starfox 64, the reporting in sequence is directly in that order. Fox, Falco, Peppy, Slippy.
