Favorite Grilled Chez

Pan fried salami, BBQ sauce, tomatoes and a whole lot of cheddar.

Usually with loads of butter on the outside of wheat bread (or pumpernickel from time to time) with provolone stacked on ham or salami, stacked on provolone. usually a bit of Italian seasoning and sometimes a bit of sharper cheese for flavor. I put a bit of balsamic vinegar in the pan as I grill it, both sides. Then I eat it.
