Margomill (House of Gales), Gemesaur King (Dark Palace), Arrghus (Swamp Palace), Knuckle Master (Skull Woods), Stalblind (Thieves' Hideout), Zaganaga (Desert Palace), Dharkstare (Ice Ruins), Grinexx (Turtle Rock)

Anyways, my favorite dungeon boss of the game would have to be Yuganon. I was pretty impressed. I found the battle exhilarating and fun but with the right amount of challenge. And the light arrow while in painting form was creative.

Other than that either Arrghus or Knuckle Master. They were both simple but fun and exciting
