So there are familiare names popping up as NPC'S. Some still annoy the crap out of me and some don't. And of course we also see new names. Which NPC is your fav/least fav?

So far I like Penn. He's no Kass though but still a cool guy. I also like the painter. It's good to see him back with new clues

The new NPC lady with the cart full of stuffed sand seals is my least favorite new NPC. She's wound way too tight and blames Link when she snaps and gives a difficult challenge with a pitiful reward that's honestly not worth doing.
The guy in Tarrey Town who let you pay for the stone and also for the use of the monorail is a 100k asshole. I disliked him in BotW and also in TotK. I don't care about that flower obsessed chick either

Oh god this girl is the absolute worst. Honestly didn't mind the design too much and the stuffies are sooooo cute but the challenge is the worst and like you said the rewards are pathetic.
Now that I think about it, a lot of the rewards in Tears weren't that good for me...

Riju and Purah (obviously) are my favorites. This is a steamy take but I never liked Sidon and I still don’t.
I never paid attention to any of the smaller npcs and side characters so I only have strong opinions on the main quest characters.

Purah is great and I'm happy they gave her a much bigger part to play than in BotW.
