Email notifications help

Hey, I'm trying to reset my password because I can't for the life of me remember what it is and I'm trying to login on my phone lol. I'm not getting an email about it tho (I haven't gotten any emails here for well over a year), so I'm not sure what to do. Anyone know what's up with that?

That's weird. There is an option to reset your password. If I choose this you won't be able to log on until you reset your password. But if you don't receive emails from ZD it's not really helping you much.
I can also create a new password for you but if I do this you won't be able to log on at all because then you'll have no clue what it is. Plus if you want to change it you'll have the same problem.

All good with the password. Uwu helped me reset it, but I still don't get email notifications. Anyway I can get those turned back on? (They're turned on in preferences.)

I've noticed this very issue when SMS was a part of the staff.
