you can make your characters transformations
(just make sure they are still beatable! or else you are cheating!)
you must also make your characters super attacks
the game will take place from the beggining of the original dragon ball to the majin buu saga of dragon ball Z
you can make your characters learn skills and new forms during the game.
all charaters must have Raging soul form! in raging soul you can not use any skills but your power increases to the very limit! (you look the same in this form but with dark blue arua)
your character can not have eternal power! and make sure your characters use their forms in certian events!
