Do You Think That Zelda 2 Was Similar to Simons Quest?

Do you think that zelda 2 was similar to simons quest many people think that it is with the similar cryptic way of telling you what to do and dificulty.

Um...I don't think so. I really don't know how people can say they are similar other than they are side-scrolling. Simon's Quest was much easier and to me ALOT more fun. Adventure of Link was alright, and the difficulty was a bit more hard than Simon's Quest, atleast for me.
