I'm playing MM right now and i'm actually about to enter this temple.
But on my first playthrough, i didn't think it was as hard as everyone made it out to be. I didn't think Gyorg was difficult at all, and for some reason the waterways and stuff didn't really confuse me...
Then again I may have used a walkthrough...
