Breath of the Wild Cuccos from misson on returning them dissapear

So when i was in early stage of this game i wanted to do my 1st sidequest and after finding 9 i cant find the last one, now after defating ganon i want to full out the game. after activating cucco rush there are 10 in marked area but now that guy counts them at 8? can anybody help me?

is this for the kakariko cucco gathering thing? i think one of them is on one of the rooves and im sure thats one of the ones you're missing but idk what the other one would be. theres one by the shrine kinda too that might be easy to miss/forget about
