Zero. Quantum paradoxes are best.

It's funny I should mention that. Zero is not considered a number, and yet we have a value for it. Thus, the Sumerians invented a quantum paradox, since they are the first known civilization to have used a symbol to stand for the concept of nothing. The Mayans did it too, and because they were a mathematically-oriented civ, they probably tried to divide by it. The fact that they don't exist anymore tells you how well that worked out for them.
