I am going to add Rosato my list of characters I wish that would return. While technically she was in two games, Oracle of Seasons and Ages are technically connected and meant to be one greater story, and so I argue she really is not in seperate games.

 

[Mellow Ezlo]

I honestly like the one-off characters and I don't think most of them have much need to be in other titles. Condé is one example of such a character.

Honestly though, he's probably the best character in the game. Gives Twilight Princess yeti energy. His innocence and naivety make it really hard not to love him!
