Growing up we always bought fresh cut trees from the lot. The smell is amazing and it's awesome to have a real tree in your living room.

For the past five years we have just used our plastic one that we got from Walmart. It's green with gold glitter here and there, it's prelit as well. We just have to further decorate it with ornaments and all that jazz. It's very cost effective over time.

Pine scented candles and sprays are the way to go.
