Chibi Artists?

Hey, I was wandering if anyone new of any famous Chibi Artists? I need to find a few for my Art coursework and can't seem to find any. Any Well known Chibi artist will do, Thank you

Most manga illustrators will also be able to draw Chibi. One specific artist that comes to mind though is Haruki Murakami. His work is very politically charged, and if you read interviews about him he's an incredibly pessimistic person. But, if you just need to study his style, he practices what could be considered the quintessential "kawaii" ideals. ^^
