Characters you simply can't forget even if you want to

There are characters we like or hate or simply are indifferent about because they're...well not interesting enough for us to remember. But sometimes there are those we can't forget even if we want to. Love or hate Revali or be indifferent about him but you can't forget him because of his arrogance and ego especially towards Link. Or Mido, you can't forget him either because of his behavior towards Link. Plus it also helps that you need to pass him a couple of times.
Who do you recall to be a character you simply cannot forget?

Yunobo. There's nothing worth actually remembering about him, but his personality is unfortunately irritating enough that I can't forget him or his escort mission up Death Mountain.

Maggie's father in WW. Because when you play hide and seek with the kid gang and you'll pass him he keeps on begging you to help him. Like every freaking time you pass that mother****er!! And later he has this attitude towards the postman. How can you possibly forget him?!

Randy from That 70s Show. He was brought in on season 8 after Eric left to Africa. He was supposed to be like the new main character in Eric's place, and Donna's new love interest. But he was such a dull and bad character. Even the series finale just completely forgot about him. But he was pushed so hard in the last season that you can't forget him.

One that I like is from a single episode of Rugrats. "Angelica's Worst Nightmare" was where Angelica's parents thought they were having a new baby, so they told Angelica. Later she has a nightmare about having a new baby brother. He's this giant baby and at one point starts chasing Angelica. She's driving away in her toy car and the baby has grown even bigger and picks her up saying "Mmm num num" and goes to eat her. It's such a memorable scene because it's so freaky for a kid's show. I think even people who just have vague memories of Rugrats might remember that character.

For whatever reason, my mind occasionally drifts to the plight of Jovani from TP. Every time someone mentions money, gold, curses, cats, heck just about anything, I reminds me of Jovani. I always have that little poem the kids made (Jovani, Jovani, idiotic troll! etc) in my brain. It's very random, considering he's not a very important character.
Secondly, there's Error. He's just so quotable.

malo, at a given time it'd probably take me a few seconds to remember the names of the ordon children, but malo is instantly recognizable to me b/c of the whole malo mart thing and the fact that he's this freak of nature

Beedle, I think it is because he appears on many games so I end up seeing him a lot but he has become instantly recognizable to me. I think he was at his best in SS with the flying shop (Getting dropped out of the shop for refusing to buy anything was very amusing.) but he also had some fun moments in Botw, like when he acts surprised/scared if you gallop past him in BotW and he says something like: "Woah!". I like those little details that help flesh out character's personalities by they way they move or react to things around them.

Those two clowns who run the cannon thing in TP. Strong contender for ugliest npcs in gaming history.

 

[Bowsette Plus-Ultra]

Rola. She runs the arrow shop in Kakariko Village.

When talked to, she not so subtly complains about her sex life (through bow and arrow euphemisms, of course). It's a hard thing to forget.

the really big offenders are the ones who they thought looked good but don't
