"The 2 Master Sword Paradox" (Canon)
"A simple solution to the time paradox of the Master Swords."
"Breath of the wild" & "Tears of the Kingdom", Are indeed intertwined within the same time line.
#(Lets use the "Naturally Occurring Master Sword" as our "Datum Point")
For the "Master Sword" to Exist in BOTWS Pedestal in the "Lost Woods", It has to have taken its Natural Path through time, (SS OOT).
Drawn from the pedestal at the foot of the "Deku Tree", Link wields the Master Sword, and defeats The Malice Incarnation of Ganondorf. (BOTW)
Bringing us forward to TOTK, At the start of which "we currently have the Master Sword"!
Zelda and Link find "Sealed Ganondorf" at the start of the game. Ganon then "Shatters The Master Sword".
Link has to then send the "Broken Master Sword" (That Naturally flowed through time) Back in time to Zelda.
*(Play "Tears Of The Kingdom" to fill in the rest).
