In another world similar to this one, community is in chaos; Criminals are better left in the hands of the public than the police, as Sweepers; people who arrest criminals and collect their bounties, lurk in every corner. However, Sweepers are not the only ones. Ruling from the shadows is the infamous organisation Chronos and their elite rank of assassins, known as the Numbers.
However, darkness is arising. A mysterious party is coming together, willing to destroy this 'dull' world. Black cat, an infamous assassin for Chronos who is feared by even the world's leaders, and his friends are the only people who can stop them. However, new truth still stands to be revealed- one that will cause destruction like no other....
