overshadow as in his gameplay is much preferred over Zelda's, though it's fine if they're on equal footing assuming it'll be a swap character kind of deal

Yeah that’s probably the best case scenario. I don’t think I’d ever want a game with Link in it where he’s not playable.

no matter how they want to go about it, just hope Link doesn't end up overshadowing Zelda in her own game, both in story and gameplay, unless Link is some kind of big post game unlockable
