Anime Characters That Creep You Out.

I can't quite pinpoint why, but this guy creeps me the eff out.

I think I know why: look at the neck.

For me, one of the characters I find creepy is Happosai from Ranma 1/2. This freak is old, perverted, regularly steals women's undergarments (even fresh off their bodies!), gropes people, and just as bad: he's obscenely powerful. Fear this football-sized little bloodsucker.

Number 35 from Elfen Lied. Why are all kids such psychos.

I have to agree with JC, every anime character is generally quite creepy looking, the big wide soulless eyes, the lack of movement, the facial expressions. The 12 year old Anime characters that have breasts is quite scary too. Yeah I'll just stick with my original statement they are all scary.
