Black Cat looks spiderman in the eye and smiles. "Look. You know I like the attention but you really need to learn to give a girl her space. I've got place to be and people to meet, so I'm really not up for a chat with the police. You know what I mean right?" Black cat winks an backflips off the edge of the building.

 

[Spider-Man]

Spidey jumps after her and webs her back so she is stuck hanging mid air. He slowly lowers upside down until he is eye level with her.
"Why you leaving so soon? Sorry you look a little tied up with something! A lady like you looks like she could use an escort ... And maybe provide me an explanation for some recent robberies while we wait for the police?"

"Can't say I remember any recent robberies. Information sells better these days."

Black Cat spins her body with with precision, the resulting forces yanking spiderman straight off the roof. For a moment, both share a freefall, but Blackcat finds a handhold on a telephone wire before spiderman does. With nothing else nearby to grab, and the thread still connecting them, spiderman is now the one hanging from the air with Black Cat looking down on him.

"I like this view a little better i think." Black Cat says smugly. "Now, want to tell me what all this is really about? You said something about a highschool kid. One of the people I've been looking into, maybe?"

"On second thought, you can keep your secrets. I just remembered I have another engagement to make."

Black Cat severs the thread connecting the two and kicks spiderman in the chest all in one motion, sending him hurtling to the street below. She then leaps onto the telephone wire and runs across it as easily as she would solid ground, before diving through the open window of an office building and disappearing into the crowd.

Good thing I've been working on those mini spider tracking devices!
*Spiderman pulls out his phone* wonder where she's headed to?
Spiderman thwips through the air until he locates her, and begins to stealthily follow her.

Black Cat, having lost spiderman, finds a private area to change into her plainclothes. A woman matching the description of Felicia Hardy leaves the building, oblivious to the spider tracker attached to her. She makes her way home to a downtown highrise appartment building and retires to her room near the top floor.

And that's time. The fight between Spider-Man and Black Cat has now ended.

Unaware that Spider-Man had placed a miniature tracking device on her, the woman in the guise of the Black Cat led the costumed vigilante right back to her penthouse apartment... The penthouse apartment of local NYC socialite Felicia Hardy!

But while by all accounts it would appear that the webhead had bested her, Ragnarokio had won in ways more important than contests of might. Sure, she was surprised when Spider-Man had dropped in on her personal home, but not nearly as surprised as he was going to be when he was caught in her defensive traps! After all, in her line of work, she was bound to make enemies, so she had her whole apartment rigged to blow if need be... It would take her seconds to leap out of the fire escape, leaving the Spider to die in a furnace of his own making...

But maybe she had other designs in mind for Spider-Man? It would be trivial to bow him to kingdom come, but maybe she desires to "defeat" him in another, more personal way?...

Ragnarokio has won the FIGHT against Spider-Man!

Meanwhile, Spider-Man got 15 points from his 7 fight-posts, proving that higher quantity doesn't always spell victory.
