I'm wary of creating goblins without absolutely needing to do so.

How so? Multiple reporters submitted results and all of them were flagged by the system as false except for the fact that he wasn't mafia iirc.

Fact checker doesn't check the accuracy of results it checks the accuracy of writing. If you misword something that's true fact checker is still going to say it's false, because you misworded it. Further, malleable values are malleable. Refusing to recognize those possibilties and shifting everything on to KoD is probably why he might see the bugle as witch hunting him.

I don't have much to say. I cannot do anything right now so I have been less focused on worrying about what to do next. I don't have a vote and I don't have any abilities currently. I have access to communal abilities and that's all. My one guess is this is the reason Human Torch thinks I'm a Green Goblin? I dunno, I haven't been able to do much.

Honestly, I'm not super anti-being jailed. I lost my abilities and haven't gotten them back. It's unclear if I get them back after being jailed but I think that may be the case. So if you have no other options and this will put Human Torch's mind at ease, then I support yall jailing me. I shouldn't be killed unless some other evil work is happening.

Did he? My article on him said that he would have been killed had we gotten him to his threshold (we didn't fact check it, but it's probably mechanically true unless he had abilities that conceal the truth from investigation, like KoD and Turin both seemed to have)

He had an ability that made it so that as long as he had enough money when lynched he would receive emergency surgery and be saved from death, gaining cyborg enhancements in the process.

I think its fairly undeniable that KoD has (or had) a reverse miller-style role that was generating fake results for people who investigated him. I don't think the town is unreasonable for wanting to arrest KoD under those circumstances and I do think its unreasonable for KoD to hold a grudge for having that information about him outed.

For what it's worth, I have been rather disappointed in the town's attitude towards you, and I don't think you're at fault for responding as you have.

I would still like to avoid that long process. It makes a lot more work for me. Would you like to cut a deal with me on the town's behalf, given how uncivil they've been? I'm sure I can think of something juicy.

- Complete cessation of hostilities against the mafia, up to and including roleblocking, investigating, and otherwise working counter-productive to them.
- Full collaboration for you obtaining $5 million, a sizeable investment.
- My player identity, a little something extra.

but first and foremost...

- Jailing Rubik for the rest of the game.

The death or removal from the Active Pool of any town resulting from the actions of the mafia would count as a breach of trust. I would not go so far as to include forbidding the death of any player, but ya know.

If it's a joint victory, then I see no reason to have Rubik jailed; however, parity would still have to be achieved so that'd be on them to decide who would have to go.

Ultimately though, I would like you to wire me some money with your name. That way you're not targeted when we start pulling the trigger.

If it's all the same to you, I'd prefer to see two cycles go by without town leaving the Active Pool from the actions of mafia before giving you my name. If you intend on making a bloodbath starting now, it doesn't quite matter to me if you kill me by accident, any death would hurt me and I'd lose eventually. I'm also not convinced that the mafia hasn't achieved parity with town already. I think it's actually pretty likely to have occured.

Parity? To achieve Parity scum needs to match town in numbers. You forget some people are Origin Aligned still. Like the Rhino, or Kraven if he hasnt drank his potion to hunt the Spiderman
