Hasn't anybody seen the subtitle metioned on http://e3.nintendo.com/wii/game/?g=zelda is it a reference to ALTTP? Will there be hints on the storyline? What do you think?

Well this is an idea. But since Skyward Sword is the very first game in the series, maybe the spinner, off of Twilight Princess, will become invented, since it is an ancient item. Maybe it will have something to do with the story line.
Yes, this has been discussed. That is the subtitle of the article, which describes the futuristic controls of the game. It is not a timeline or story reference.

Well hold on... This concept of a link to the future may have some validity, maby not in this game...
However, I do seem to rember reading a article a couple of months ago, where Miyamoto mentioned he is not closed minded to a futuristic Zelda game.
That scares me a bit though...
