As the person Willdu was waving down approached Vari's expression changed, and blurted out "Raejak!?"

"Well, that happened, wish I had that kind of ability," Vari said as people began to re-appear.

"Well, anyone want to do the honors?" Vari Asked, "I don't have the strength nor the magic to get rid of this."

After a few minutes Vari asked, "Anything Willdu?"

"What I mean is," Vari explained, "Either this monolith is the cause of the anomaly, or it's interfering with the device. Regardless of which, we need to destroy it."

The group arrives at a structure, most likely a monolith. Vari stops and looks closely at the device in his/her hand."The anomaly is this... Monolith? That is what this device says."

After a few minutes of walking towards the anomaly... "How far is this thing? It has to be close."

Vari reaches into his/her bag and pulls out an odd device. "The reading seems to be coming from around 94 degrees."

"Yeah, if we don't resolve the incident we wont get paid." Vari pointed out.

"Or maybe," Vari lowers his/her voice, "It's the anomaly."

Vari looks around, "Anyone else find it weird that there is no one around even though we're in the middle of town?"

"I can conjure any of the four basic elements, as well as fight fairly well eith fisticuffs."

Vari scratches his/her chin, "We should wait here, we can pass the time by sharing our special abilities, knowing what we can all do will help with our teamwork. Anyone want to go first?"

After arriving in Wadorm Vari looked around. "Where is our contact? He said he'd meet us next to the gate."

"Alright, we should go," Vari places a hand on the gate, "Wadorm." The gate changes to a deep green. "Let's go."

Vari thinks for a moment then replies, "The client is someone that goes by Raejak, said he meet us when we arrive."

Vari scratches his/her head, "Good to meet you all, I guess we're all here so I'll explain why we've gathered. We were selected to head to the Wadorm dimension to resolve an anomaly, I was not informed on what the anomaly is, just that it would be obvious."
