Well, for me, TP definitely is the superior game. I loved traveling around in twilight at the start of the game, collecting tears of light, etc. SS, in my opinion, was... unfinished, in a way. It didn't truly feel like a Zelda game. In TP, you had so much to explore and find. The mini-games...

I personally think that Dark Link is just a test for the hero. Although I agree with most of this, there is one particular part I don't agree on. I personally think that Dark Link was a spell. Although, I don't know who might've cast it, if it was a spell in the first place.
