I think that Link and Zelda are always soul mates whether they know it or not, and despite whether they end up together. Their destinies are so intertwined that I think they would always have a deep connection, whether or not this develops into something romantic (which I see as something separate).

The first time I play through I like to try and discover everything for myself. I don't use guides (unless I get really ridiculously lost) and the only secrets I discover are the ones I stumble across naturally. If I discover secrets I find it more rewarding this way :) But if I play through...

It depends... If I have other games I want to complete or haven't started, then I would choose those over replaying a Zelda game. However, in the past, when I've had free time and no unplayed Zelda games, I've played through them again (especially my favourites). So really it depends on time and...

I agree that Zelda will never go back to how it used to be, but I don't see this as a bad thing. As much as I also love the "mash the b button" zelda days, I would be bored with Zelda games if they had stayed like that through all the past games. I like change and innovation; I like the motion...

I think that games can seem shorter than they are depending on 1) how much you enjoy them, with more enjoyable games seeming much shorter 2) how easy/difficult you find them, obviously with more difficult games taking you more time and 3) how much you tend to play in one sitting

Linebeck is brilliant :D I also love Navi (despite her annoying "hey! listen!"s) and Ezlo (minish cap) and just the gorons in general, i love them.

I like them all. I even love phantom hourglass, which many people seem to dislike... but who can not love Linebeck?!!! Zelda II: The adventure of Link is pretty damn weird though!!

In terms of most time spent playing, Animal Crossing Wild World is my favourite game :) But the LoZ is without a doubt my favourite game series
