I know From what a lot of people understand and from Game Theory is that we have Universe A where we have the Adult and Child Timeline and Universe B where Link died. What I'm trying to prove that it's also possible that we have one Universe with 3 simultaneous timelines existing.

Yes you can every universe is independent from one another in both time in space. Although we don't know in real life if two separate events can happen consecutively. A Timeline does not create a Universe.

No you don't You have one universe with a single linear timeline from SS to OoT. In that Universe you had 3 time splits which created 3 Timelines in that Universe both coexisting. That is the multiverse theory.
