Not a death, perse, but the sudden disappearance of Schala in Chrono Trigger bothered me a lot, especially since the game never bothers to address whether or not she is still alive, and only mentions her brother going to look for her at the end.
Turned out, later games reveal she *did*...
When me and my brother were kids, we let a friend of his borrow American Gladiators and Captain Planet on NES. When we went to get them, found out from his mom that he gave them to someone else.
In high school me and a guy did a loan/trade of SNES games, but the loan part of that didn't stick...
Recently I had done some calculations regarding BotW's Hyrule, and made some jaw-dropping discoveries.
The apparent size of Breath of the Wild's map is (we are told) approximately 360 square kilometers. Skyrim, for reference, is about 44. So, ok BotW's map is like nine Skyrims. Impressive...
This isn't something that still kicks my butt at all but I get a little triggered thinking about it: the torch puzzle of Turtle Rock in A Link to the Past. This is an early puzzle where you've gotta ride a platform around some torches suspended over a void and use the fire rod to light them and...
A similar structure exists on Tal Tal mountain range.
Spectacle rock also appears in Four Swords Adventure and, although not named, is an extremely obvious feature of Death Mountain in Four Swords itself.
To date, the only Hyrulebound Zelda games in which it has not appeared or been clearly...
Unlikely to be a remake. Link is a grown up and besides, as cool as mixing the costume up would be, rebooting the game that invented the green tunic, but getting rid of it altogether? kind of a slap in the face.
Could occur anywhere near it though. Or even not at all.
The person in Kasuto only says that they had to flee the old town, but offers no further explanation.
As for the rest of the argument, it still sounds like you are saying the town of Kasuto was located somewhere intersecting or near OoT's Hyrule, which would be ridiculous. Death Mountain Area...
I think you missed the point here. This had nothing to do with Gorons being in Zelda II.
Additionally, you seem to be assuming that the greater world of Zelda II did not exist during OoT as undeveloped land.
Also, Kasuto only exists in any form at all in Zelda II The Adventure of Link and...
This is kind of a dark theory, but an interesting one that plays on a lot of observations of both Ocarina of Time and Adventure of Link. It even has some other plausible theories in it.
As we know, Adventure of Link occurs at the end of a timeline split where the Hero of Time failed to save...
