To shock my muscles I do drop sets once a month, really pushing them to the limit :P
No clue how many it is, I keep more count on how many grams of carbs and proteins I consume ;)
I haven't changed my workout that much, only added 30min cardio sessions after every workout and increased rep range by 2. (went from 6 to 8)
Well I try to avoid as much carbs as possible except my pre-workout meal so I have the energy for the gym, which consists of bowl of porridge. Other than that I just eat a lot of fish, chicken and other meats with veggies like broccoli or sallads. Although without the rice, potatoes, pasta, bread etc. I'm hungry all the time xD
Then to fully fill my protein needs I add a protein shake (35g) in the morning, I've lost about 8 lbs ever since I started cutting which was the 1st of January. Not lost that much strength yet and already starting to see some contours on my abs and arms. Hopefully by May I should be done cutting and will just keep my form throughout most of the summer then start bulking again in August ;)
Doing great actually, apart from my cutting diet :/ How about you?
    No more sweets, chocolate or pizzas for me ;__;
Your thoughts pretty much summed it up for me. I'm still not a fan of the changes made to the core multiplayer structure in Reach but Halo 4 partially ameliorated this with its new fancy weapons and vehicles.

The campaign was great but there was a lack of an epic final sequence like the escape in Combat Evolved and Halo 3.
    Stellar.

Halo 4 is long released but we haven't spoken since then.

Did you purchase the game? I assume so. If so, did you enjoy it?
Something you definatly will feel is the soreness in the muscles you trained tonight ;)
I can barely walk now after doing a heavy leg workout after 3 weeks of abstinence :D
haha, know the feeling.. Wrote this big juicy article on the wiki few days ago with 5k+ words and I accidentally shut my PC down -.-

That's alot of calories, Here's what I eat.. However I don't know how many calories I take in everyday but I guess it's about right. You'll be the judge..

Meal 1. 3 eggs for breakfeast with a few slices of bread and a protein shake with creatine.
Meal 2. Pasta/Noodles/Spaghetthi for lunch with maybe a few sausages
Snack: maybe 50g of chips for a snack when just surfing on the net.
Meal 4. A bowl filled with porridge and a banana before Gym > Protein shake after gym.
Meal 5. As soon as I get home I cook dinner, I often cook rice with nuggets or just regular chicken breasts.
Meal 6. or Snack 2: Then for the evening I often eat maybe 2 more eggs or just bunch of snacks before I go to sleep.

I still haven't researched on how many calories I take in everyday?
I know how much I should be taking in, which is around 2.8k - 3k. does the seem above enough?
14 lbs of pure muscle mass is gonna be hard if even possible in such a short window, So expect to see at least 5 pounds of fat gain too.
3k calories? I'd be interested in seeing how you spread that over one day, Is it three huge meals every day, 6 small ones or something else?
I try to eat small meals like every 3 hours since I have trouble eating alot at once, My goal for every day is 2.8k calories.
I have been on a 3 week vacation, It was nice to relax and escape this dreadful swedish weather but I couldn't find a gym over there nor did I have any net so I had to do some basic light training like you, Push ups, Sit ups etc.

Sucks that you got an injury, Have had a few of those.. I always fall back a bit in strength when not training for a few weeks.. Hopefully it all works out for you :/
Have gained 26 pounds ever since I started (Almost a year ago) and have been keeping myself at 9% Body Fat :)
Have my motivation at 110% and looking to gain another 20 pounds of muscle mass in the coming year :D
