No it's not a stupid question, Um, well there really aren't that many things different about it, with advanced you can 'officially' add a title to your message, you can subscribe to the thread, you can rate the thread, you can disable certain features like smiley faces, and you can manage different attachments like picture files and stuff meanwhile with post quick reply you basically just write what you want and post... yeah that's all I know if I didn't answer you question well enough message somebody who has their name in purple. hope I answered your question and thanks for adding me as your friend!
