Hmmm. Twinmold? Oh yeah. He was fun. Just use the Gient's Mask you got in the temple and slash at his/her head and tail with your sword. Or you can stand on the platform and shoot it with fire, ice, or light arrows. But that's harder. And the other way is better in my opinion.
