The Energy of Life

The Energy of Life is one of Sturgeon's One-Point Lessons, and it is Lesson One.

Overview

To be young is to know no limits to one's stamina. To become stronger, one must first know oneself.

As one experiences trials and hardships in life, one will naturally gain more RecoveryHeart LA.pngs.

However, if one is injured and takes damage, those RecoveryHeart LA.pngs will decrease. At such times it may be possible to replenish one's health by using a potion or fairy.[1]

Notes

The last sentence of this lesson is altered in from the original version of The Wind Waker to The Wind Waker HD. The original version mentions that Link could

  • Original Version: At such times it may be possible to replenish one's health by cutting grass and finding hearts.
  • HD Version: At such times it may be possible to replenish one's health by using a potion or fairy.
