Note on the Table is an object from Tears of the Kingdom.

The note is one of the many Notes on the Table found throughout Hyrule. It is located at the small camp east of the Lucky Clover Gazette, just outside of the Brightcap Cave.
The note is written by Nat, and talks about how Nat and her sister Meghyn are in the hunt for precious mushrooms that only grow in caves. In particular, they are interested in Brightcaps. Nat and Meghyn can be found near the note and when spoken to, it will begin the Cave Mushrooms That Glow quest, where Link can give Nat 10 Brightcaps.

My sister, Meghyn, and I came all the way out to Hebra in our quest for mushrooms!
Thanks to the Upheaval, all sorts of new caves formed around here, and they're just full of good stuff!
But my sister and I aren't after brightbloom seeds, and ore deposits.
No, we're after that precious mushroom that only grows in caves! And you can bet we're gonna find a ton of 'em!
