Hm. I'm thinking Crayk from Phantom Hourglass or the Acro Bandits from The Minish Cap.

For the record, you didn't put a category at all, like the opening posts says you should. I dunno if it's a major issue, but just bringing it up. I'll take another guess if I'm incorrect.
