Will Echoes become a Fire Emblem sub-series?

So recent announcements for the series-done-good, Fire Emblem, revealed the 3ds game Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.

Echoes: SoV is a remake of Gaiden released for the NES with its exploration mechanics in tact.

The interesting thing that caught my eye though is the use of the word 'Echoes'. Shadows of Valentia would have sufficed, it has the name relative to the story within the title which long-term fans will notice and new fans will come to know, so why the Echoes part?

Echoes could just be being used to denote the remake nature of the game, but the use of 'Shadows' works the same way in this context. The game can be considered a shadow of the original given how much will have changed when compared to the remake. Echoes denotes familiarity but the two are closely linked in context enough for either word to get the job done...

With FE doing well for itself and with so many of the original games not getting western releases, is the use of 'Echoes' perhaps a subtitle for a new series in FE where older games will be remade and given the Echoes banner to ride on the recent success of the series?

True, not everyone wants remakes but these are games most in the west havent played and Shadows of Valentia may not have impacted the new FE title coming to Switch.

Do you think this could be the case and would you like it to be?

Echoes is rather because USA/EU never got the games in the first place. They're callbacks to things that have happened long ago, but in a different nation (JAPON). so, it's not a subseries but instead a mark for remakes. if SOV does well, we can expect to see a Judgral remake and a Thraccia776 remake.

Yeah. My point was will they all be called Echoes too?
