I tend to get sleep paralysis in this position, wonder if anyone does too. So upright or right mostly.
I'm a side sleeper, and I tend to adopt a similar position.
Just an aside, sleep paralysis tends to be pretty common in those that have sleep apnea or narcolepsy.
But, in general, sleep paralysis improves when you increase healthy sleeping habits, such as going to bed consistently, controlling distractions, and such.
My sleep habits are all wonky right now due to me waiting two weeks for my pharmacy to refill my prescriptions for ADHD.
