What do you all mean by unified timeline? Do you mean everything prior to Ocarina of Time?

I didn't know it was even called the Unified Timeline. Good to know.

The appearance of random towns and villages, as well as the over world being split by many rivers as well as a coast on the eastern side just screams Adventure of Link to me... But then again, the underdeveloped over world looks veeerrrryyy fresh, meaning it could be very early on to the point of a few decades after SS and the current over world is still being mapped out and explored by the Hyruleans.

It could be, but from what we've seen there's only so much of New Hyrule to be explored.

After some research and thought, I now believe the game may actually be a TP prequel in the child timeline after all!
