So, I'm back to work. It was our first day back on 10/1, and man, it's a TON of work. Mostly because we have only 6 days to open a restaurant that has been closed for 7 months. Normal openings take two to three weeks, so this has been a huge challenge, but my team around me is amazing, and we are on track. It's 10-11 hour days, and I probably won't have a day off until 10/13, however it will be worth it. I have extra duties as the General Manager of the location, so there's a ton to do.
Kind of rambling, but my mind is everywhere lol.
