ANGELS/SERAPHS
Angels are neither the chosen race of any god like many people from our world believe, or the most pure of all races, despite them telling you otherwise. They come in three kinds: Seraphim (scholars and leaders), Nephalim (soldiers), and Cherubim (citizens).

ANINUOVO
A race of tribal people, the Aninovo are very much human until the age of 12, when they choose one animal that they can transfigure themselves into. The chosen animal will then lend the Aninovo their traits. The rituals that cause this change are passed down to shamans from generation to generation, the lineage of mentorship going back to the dragons themselves. They tend to roam the mountains in tribes, following the teachings of the little-seen dragons. There are also those who decide to turn into weapons instead of an Animal, but those Aninuovo usually work for Mercenaries, and leave for adventures. Magic tends to have negative effects on their shapeshifting, so they instead rely on swords and knives

DAEMONS
Not quite the menace that many people argue they are, Daemons still aren't well-liked. Those with the most powerful magic have red skin, but the coloration is varied, with some looking completely normal, but for their cracked skin and snakelike tongues. They live in a massive cave system dubbed "The Underworld", and many live their whole lives without seeing the light of day. They are super-strong, but far from charismatic. They make their livings mining.

DEKU SCRUBS
A race of small, wooden creatures with limited magical potential. They tend to be quick to judgement and anger. They live in a monarchial system. Their current king is King Roland.

DWARVES
Dwarves are a race of stout fairy folk who have a love of gold and mead. they live in mountains and the deepest of caverns, rarely to be seen out in the sun, and if seen, are usually running from fear of dragons.

ELVES
The elves are a race of wild peoples. Constantly drinking and partying, it's hard to imagine them in battle. However, when angered, they are a formidable force. split into 3 different tribes among the world, The Sylvari, The Vandari, and The Lythani

FAE
Also living in the Enchanted Forest, the Fae have a tentative truce with the wild and rambunctious elves. Quieter and wiser than their neighbors, the Fae tend to keep to themselves and keep out of external relations. They are a magical race.

FUROS MASTRO SOLIEL
(FuMaSo)
The FuMaSo are a race of eldritch forest dwellers that have mastered the art of the soul flame. the elders of their race upon death become Lich like beings and fight for supremacy in the burial grounds of their people

GERUDO
A race of warrior women who live in the desert. They are highly distrustful of any outsiders, especially males. Every century, one male is born among their tribe, and he becomes their leader, who is followed to the dying breath of his people. Between the death of the last king and the birth of the next, they are led by the immortal witch sisters known as Twinrova. The last known leader was the malevolent Ganondorf, and their current leader is unknown.

GNOMES
Gnomes are the most despised race in all of Amaterras, and that is saying a lot. they are shorter than dwarves, and are known to be shady, mischievious, untrustworthy, and the cause of all wars ever.

GORONS
Rock-people who tend to live in caves and on mountains. They distrust other races, but may strike up a trade relationship with small groups of them. Their magical abilities serve only to augment their natural abilities. They live in a tribal system, with one Leader, and a number of Elders advising the leader. Their current leader is Brother Darunia.

HUMANS
The Humans are an interesting race. The Human nations throughout the Earth view this as a dangerous and unexplored place, and travel there is mostly banned. There are still some humans around, but they are few and far-between, and for the most part dislike the other races. Humans are the balancing race, being most able to commune with both light and darkness.

HYLIANS/SHIEKAH
Human-like race if fairy folk with pointed ears and a strong connection to the divine magics of their three goddesses. They live under the monarchial Nohansen line. Their current ruler is King Daphnes.

KOKIRI
A race of immortal fairy folk who physically never mature beyond puberty. Their magic is based around the natural world, and helping others. They live in small communities with a mutually agreed-on "Boss" who makes major decisions, though for the most part the Kokiri are left to their own devices. The current Boss is the one known as Midoro (or Mido for short)

MERFOLK
The merpeople are a dark race. They have much variation among themselves, from the carnivorous hunters who use their looks to bring in unsuspecting prey to the kind healers who will do what they can to save a life.

NEKO
Neko are tree-dwelling cat people. They are hunter-gatherers, and have an uneasy alliance with the werewolves.

Orcs are the elves that were corrupted by the Evils long ago, becoming the deformed green brutes we know today

RATFOLK
Living in the sewers of the cities, these being either mutated from magic or evolved over time. not much is known

TWILI
A race of magic-users who were banished to an alternate plane of existence millenia ago. While they were initially human-like, their time in the "Twili Realm", as it's called, has warped them. While most appear to be small, stout imps, powerful ones have the ability to augment their own forms and appear differently, most commonly monstrous or more human-shaped, increasing strength and magic power respectively. The most powerful Twili can even augment the forms of other Twili. Most of them remain in the Twili Realm, where they live in under a monarchy. The current king is Twilus, who is advised by his confidante Zant and his daughter Midna.

VAMPIRES
Blood drinkers from the olden days, they live in a number of old castles. While often viewed as evil and malicious, most of them really aren't. They only feed from willing hosts without killing them, and the venom in their bite makes it so their host feels pleasure from the experience. Also contorary to popular belief, they don't burn up (or sparkle) in sunlight, though they're blindingly white. They never age, though they can still be killed like normal people. Vampirism is not a disease or a condition of death, but instead a genetic trait, passed on from the father.

WEREWOLVES
These people of the lycanthrope aren't what Hollywood perceives them to be. Instead of bloodthirsty creatures who can't control their transformations, they are actually able to transform into a wolf at will, and keep their mind about them as they do.

ZORA
Aquatic fish-people who live in lakes and rivers, though they can survive on land. They prefer to take care of themselves, but are willing to lend a hand when needed. They live in a traditional monarachy system, though the monarch can be either a king or queen. The current King sits on a waterfall.
