"Scare you out of opposing them" is an absolutely absurd statement. Before this warning, you have only received one infraction in 2012, and a warning before that. Contrary to your insistent claims, the staff are not a massive shadow government that orchestrated 9/11 so we could use the panic to pass the K.N.I.G.H.T. act. Do you honestly think it's a giant conspiracy of corrupt staff just trying to oppress you anyway they can? If we really, really did not care, you'd be banned a long time ago, and forum suggestions and feedback would not even exist. Everything would be done unilaterally and user input would never be taken into account.
In the past you have made some valid points about the staff's actions, some of which I agreed with, and I think most of those things have been addressed now and have improved. The problem is you always take it to the absolute extreme. It can never just be "I disagree with <admin/mod/CC> on X issue, therefore this needs to be changed" or whatever. It always ends up being this insane conspiracy rant about how your human rights are being violated and the immoral staff are crushing the opposition with force. That bit would have actually made some sense years ago when Austin and Xinn were in charge, but now it's just insane. I won't stop anyone from voicing their opinion or complaining about the administration, but you have made a career out of making baseless accusations (see: what you said about Repentance in your first few posts in the reworking HKs thread) and overall being hysterical.
So, you received a warning (not even an infraction, although many people have been infracted for A LOT less than what you've been doing) because you consistently refused to heed any informal warning. Naturally, this is a victory in your eyes because it means you get to claim the shadow government really is out to get you! As you can see, it's a self-fulfilling prophecy, and all actions -- regardless of whether they are even related -- can be stitched into the conspiracy even if they contradict each other. Because everything is under the blanket of "OPPRESSION!!!!111". You constantly talk about how you were "treated" by the staff, again, despite having had literally no action ever taken against you since 2012. Ultimately what this comes down to is an unbelievably inflated persecution complex you have that is fed by literally every action anyone takes. Everything can in some way be assimilated into it. You warp everything into something that can somehow support your position, like with the HK poll that was totally unambiguous and clearly won, yet you say that people committed voter fraud (not even going to touch on how ridiculous this is) and the poll is invalid because people were uninformed. Uninformed of your opinion, which clearly is the only true opinion on the issue.
And finally, if anyone deserves an apology... it's the entire ****ing forum for putting up with your bull**** for all this time.
