I don't think it being on the App Store would mean it's not exclusive to Nintendo consoles. Phones are just mobile devices; they don't even fit into the handheld or console categories.

What about something like a longer game a la handhelds, but with a save state feature like on the virtual console? Even tho most phone games are designed to be quick there's got to be an audience for a longer Zelda game on the go without carrying a system with you.
