Generic High School Anime RP [Sign-Ups]

I'll keep it simple. This is gonna be a pretty lighthearted comedy/slice of life RP based on the high school anime genre. Feel free to make fun of archetypes when you create your character, or make something completely original if you prefer.

It will take place at ZDI High School in Japan where we are just starting our first year of high school and nobody knows anyone at first. What's more, the class will more or less against its will be forced by the teachers to set up a play by themselves in order to raise money for a possible future class trip. Sadly few of the students are very interested in theatre.

Name: Riku Yamazaki
Gender: Male
Personality: Shy and overall unobservant of the people that he does not know. However once you get close to him and earn his friendship he is reliable and nice to have around.
Appearance: Black and slightly wavy hair. His skin is fair and his eyes are of a colourful brown shade. He is rather tall and has a good build.
Backstory: Riku has played the violin for as long as he can remember. He plays it flawlessly and sees it as a part of himself. Ever since around age 12, and today more than ever, many girls cling to him due to his very good looks and amazing music talent. However, despite the sometimes insane amount of girls following him, he is completely oblivious to their affection for him.
Best school subject: Music
Worst school subject: Social studies
Hobbies: Playing the violin

Name: Yato Shirotsuki
Gender: Male
Appearance: About 5'5, slim, black hair, blue eyes, glasses. Wears whatever the uniform for this school is.
Backstory: Yato comes from a relatively well off family. His father is rather high up the corporate ladder, and his mother is a doctor. So far, his life has been pretty average.
Best Subject: Literature
Worst Subject: P.E.
Hobbies: Reading, cooking, gaming

Name: Eiko Nuttsu
Gender: Female
Personality: A smartass with a bit of a big head, Eiko is a small bucket of sass. If someone makes a mistake, she's more than happy to laugh at their expense, and not let them forget it. Not in a mean way per se, but she doesn't think about others feelings a lot of times when she's doing it. She actually doesn't think of other people's feelings much at all. The few people she thinks about are her friends, but, well... as of now, she has nobody.
Appearance: Bright orange hair tied back in a ponytail; short, about 5' tall; runner's build
Backstory: From a small village outside Kyoto, she moved here with her mother after her parents divorced over the summer. She did a fair amount of running last year, and plans to join the track team/any other teams involving running. Her real passion, though, is history - something she knows more about than a lot of her teachers.

Worst school subject: Math
Hobbies: Reading; writing; watching stand-up comedy

Name: Renzo Houshakuji
Gender: Male
Personality: Outwardly quiet and analytical, often maintaining stoic mannerisms. On the inside, especially when it comes to his passion of writing, he becomes bombastic and animated, often on the levels of cartoonish behavior. He denies ever behaving like this on all counts. He's a decent guy at heart, but is often obsessive in making sure he is seen as dignified and diligent and puts up a stoic front above all else.
Appearance: Medium-length dark blonde hair and large, brown eyes. Stands at around 5'8'' and is of a wiry build. He is nearly the spitting image of his older sister, except his diligent demeanor offers a stark contrast to his older sibling.
Backstory: A member of the esteemed Houshakuji family, Renzo was prepared to enter the same academy where his sister had gone, but due to his embarrassment with her antics, he decided to enroll at ZDI High School in order to separate himself from his family's reputation. Determined to stand out on his own and fulfil his dream as a writer of great works, he's adopted a stoic demeanor to show his seriousness, even if at heart, he is much more like his older sister than he likes to admit.
Best school subject: Literature
Worst school subject: Computer Science, not very good with numbers.
Hobbies: Writing. He is a closet otaku, however, and enjoys video games and the theater as well.

As far as my own experience goes, I think I've only been successful in such endeavors once according to player reception in Ouran Mafia.

Personality: the Quiet kid that always stands in the background, quietly eating Pickles
Appearance: it is unknown, some say she has black hair, but nobody looks around to notice
Backstory: why does it matter, all that is known is she showed up one day and started eating pickles in the background
Best school subject: Lunch
Worst school subject: anything that involves not eating Pickles
Hobbies: Eating Pickles, Being Unseen, Being Quiet

Backstory: is in a rock band with his other friends. he plays the Bass and is the lead singer
