For those who are part of the 3DS ambassador program have this game.
To start with myself, my first FE game was Path of Radiance on the GC. And of course a direct sequel game on the Wii, Radiant Dawn. Radiant dawn is still my fave FE game till now. Not just because of the quality and the animations, but the whole skill system worked better compared to its prequel. But Michiah sucks and i still don't know how the "Guard" skill of Sothe activates.
I also played the remake of the first FE game for the DS, FE Shadow Dragon. The game was alright....but thats about it. IMO the animations kinda lacked. To bad Marth could not promote and his max level was 30. (why 30, i mean 40 would have made more sense)
But then i played Sacred Stones, which is my first FE game made with sprites (the actual 2d). IMO, this game had a lot more to offer compared to Shadow Dragon. Even if its a sprite based game...the animations look slick and epic (especialy criticals). There are branched promotions (which some of them have skills). Only good thing about Shadow Dragon compared to this, is that Shadow Dragon has a "double attack" animation.
Lets compare:
Lords
Paladins
So 3DS ambassadors...played the game yet? Any opinions of your own?
