The OP discusses a broad topic, but I'll try.

Street Fighter: M. Bison and Dhalsim. Captain Nazi and Stretchy Hands ftw.

Soul Calibur:Sophitia Cassandra. This is obvious. I also use Mitsurugi A LOT.

Smash Bros.: Melee(Link) Brawl (MK, Snake, Sonic)

Mortal Kombat: lol I don't play dat ****

Tekken: Gunjack. He sucks, but everyone else uses Jin first, so...

Killer Instict: Sabrewulf, Fulgore

Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution: Kisame. I hate this game.

Mortal Kombat: I hardly play that game, but I like Cabal and any of the girls. XD
