Akira Toriyama Has Died

Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball, and the character designer for Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger, has died.



I'm absolutely devastated by this news.

He was only 68 years old.

Thank you for all of the amazing worlds you created, Toriyama.

Dragon Ball has been a massive part of my life.

Dragon Ball is the only manga series I own, and I started reading them when I was like 10... And later I watched the entire series, both original (which I prefer) and Z.
I'm very sad to hear of this, may he rest in peace

The significance of his work can't be overstated, it is harder to find media that hasn't been influenced by it than media that has.
