  • My favorite Zelda song is, at the moment, Zelda's lullaby because of how iconic it is to the series. The way its been used in games OoT through ST set the atmospheres really well, especially in TP where the notes were mixed in with other chords as well.
I do indeed consider Sheik a different Person. I submitted a podcast segment about this, but it hasn't aired yet. I believe Zelda's Personality is linked to her power and when she's Sheik she (or he) suppresses that power, which gives them the serious less "princessy" personality. I believe this is also true with Tetra. Tetra's power is awakened later in the game and when she becomes Zelda, she acts like a different Person. Later she reveals that she still has the "Tetraness" inside of her by winking at Link, but its clear to me there is a change to her Persona. I think the light power that Zelda possess gives her a more pure Personality and is the key to literally being Zelda.
Not really. I don't really know any. The one I use is a window's seven included recorder. All it does is record sound with the mic I have. Honestly, as long as you have something that records sound clearly, you should be good. Microphone settings can be adjusted via your computer settings. Any editing you want to do with your audio can be done in other programs.
For me, she's too not special. Zelda's tend to give off that "perfect princess" vibe which I love, especially considering she's usually also an awesome fighter. Particularly Twilight Princess Zelda who practically had nothing wrong with her. (Mary Sue? Perhaps) But SS Zelda was a normal girl. I prefer my Zelda's perfect, not normal.
Interesting. I recently submitted a segment to Din about a similar subject. I'm always interested in Zelda's Personality because I like all the princesses alot (except SS Zelda) and alot of people don't share my enthusiasm. So I'm always wondering what about her makes me like her but others dislike her.

Yeah, finding a quiet place isn't always easy. If you have a portable recording device (like a laptop) try going outside, or some where else where you know it'll be quiet like a meeting room in your local library.
I've heard of Layton and thought about playing it, but at the moment I'm not playing too many games, even though I spend most of my time thinking about them.
I have an answer: Adventure of Link, A Link to the Past, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Minish Cap, Twilight Princes, Spirit Tracks and Skyward Sword
Thank you, I enjoyed making it. (And my throat is safe from Din's wrath) Dictionary.com provides sounds on how to pronounce words, (click the megaphone symbol) so I went there and looked up the ellipsis pronunciation to get my buzzer noise. Glad to see people taking interest in the podcast. Hope my segment helps you in making yours.
Why? Is someone spreading rumors that I don't talk to people again? (Don't you just hate it when that happens?) I'll have to contact Mases and put out an APB. (He never answers my calls).
Seriously though, I'm just a Random Person and another member of these forums. People talk to me, I talk to them (or avoid them if they smell funny). Forums would be boring if I couldn't talk to people. Anytime you want to talk about Zelda, or want me to look at some art or just feel like saying hi, send me a message and I'll respond... unless you smell funny.
Oh... you've made the typical new guy mistake. (Now you're an official new guy!)
If you post a message on your own page, I can't see it unless I go to your page. If you want to respond to my messages, either type it on my page or click the "view conversation" link at the top of my message. Otherwise I may never know you messaged me back.
