Internet Speedtest

So, I have incredibly ****ty internet. But it serves my purposes. The biggest issue is that I have to wait a few minutes for Youtube videos to buffer when I want to watch them in HD.

I'm paying my ISP for 1.5 MB/s download and 0.5 MB/s upload.

Here are my results.

Grade F rating is not surprising as I have one of the worst ISPs in the country, speed-wise and price-wise.

But at least they're not really cheating me out of what they claim to offer. Download speed could be a tad higher, but I'll take it.

I don't even know how these kind of results are even possible. Are you on dial up?

My uni ethernet. Could be worse. Also @Jimmy.F27 I would honestly kill someone without a second thought for that second speedtest result.

I just took it again, for comparison, here's my previous result for reference:

And here's what I'm getting now:

A little bit better than what I was getting before. The upload speed makes more of a difference since it's much smaller. The download speed is more than enough for me. Though the upload speed is still lower than I'd like, makes it unfeasible to get into uploading YouTube videos.

My provider changed the internet speed last tuesday. I must say, I'm very happy And I also get a wireless modem. The one I use right now is 8 years old.
